RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A ROAD
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT -BAY PARK SUBDIVISION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a road maintenance agreement with
Joe and Haidy Shekou, Developers of Bay Park Subdivision, of which
a copy of said agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on the 16th day of May, 1983,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Miskimen & Vice-Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner & Mayor Mulryan
