A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
A~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6514
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that section #2 of Resolution 6514 be amended and that a new section #3
be added as follows:
2. That the award of bid to Motorola C. & E., Inc., for seven
portable radios for the Police Department, and one Fire
Engine radio, as outlined in Exhibit "A" attached, be
rescinded due to a possible excessive price and that staff
be authorized to rewrite the specifications and call for new
bids for these items.
3. That staff be authorized to call for bids for a new base
station for the Police Department.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday,

vote, to wit:
