A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE AUTOMATED
MOTOR FUEL DISPENSING SYSTEM, UTILIZING
BUDGETED FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael city Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for one automated motor fuel dispensing system; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
1. That the Robert J. Miller Co. of Oakland be designated
as low bidder for one Gasboy automated fuel dispensing
system for a total amount of $19,925.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City of the twentieth day of ____ J_u __ n_e _______ , 1983, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
