RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF
$100,000 TO ASSIST IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PICKLEWEED PARK CO~mUNITY CENTER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS, funds available for construction of the Pickleweed Park
Community Center was $250,000 short of meeting low bid; and,
WHEREAS, the San Francisco Foundation is willing to fund $150,000
of the shortfall; and,
WHEREAS, there is an additional $100,000 needed to fund the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael appropriate an additional $100,000 for the Pickleweed
Park Community Center Project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
