A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CITY HALL
ROOF, UTILIZING BUDGETED FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for the replacement of the City Hall roof; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this repair; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the followil!g action be taken:
That Henris Supply, Inc., of Petaluma be designated as low
bidder for the replacement of the City Hall roof, for a
total amount of $43,230.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the fifth day of __ ~J~u=l~y~ ___ , 1983, by the following vote,
to wit:
