A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE 3/4 TON CAB
AND CHASSIS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEHENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for one 3/4 ton cab and chassis for the Public Works
Department; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
1. That Steve Snyder Chevrolet of San Rafael be designated
as low bidder for one 3/4 ton cab and chassis, for a total
amount of $9,987.59.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the eighteenth day of July , 1983, by the following ----"----
