RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN DOMINICAN
ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work in Dominican Estates
Subdivision as provided for in that certain Agreement between
the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and F.E.W. INVESTMENTS, as Subdivider,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including
the 19th day of August, 1984, subject to an increase in the surety
bond amounts, and installation of additional drainage improvements
on Linden Lane by October 15, 1983 as directed by the City Engineer.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 15th day of August, 1983, by the
following vote, to wit:

Mayor Mulryan
