RESOLUTION NO. 6636 -----------
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1982/83 BUDGET (SECOND AMENDMENT)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 6527 amending
the 1982/83 budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required to cover the
unbudgeted costs of Workers Compensation and Liability Claims; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required to cover storm
related emergency expenditures; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the Recreation
Revolving Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that Resolution 6527 is amended to provide an
additional $481,499 for the General Fund and an additional General
Fund transfer of $150,737 for the Recreation Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday, the sixth ----------------day of September , 1983, by
the following vote, to wit:
