RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE
SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DKS
ASSOCIATES FOR TRAFFIC STUDY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, an agreement with DKS Associates
for a study of validation of traffic analysis factors in San Rafael,
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and
incorporated herein by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of November, 1983, by
the following vote, to wit:

Task 5: Deport
A brief h-chnical report be doveloped -to sumin(irize the work and findings generated
during Tasks 1-4. The report will be submitied to the City within 4 weeks of an
authorization to proceed.

DI'S Associates will perform the above work ni standard rates (attached) plus expenses.
Expenses will be subject to a 5 percent handling charge. Invoices unpaid after 60 Gays
will be subject to u 1 1/2 percent per month charge. _
