RESOLUTION NO. 6681
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

TO
REGINA A. BUCHANAN
WHEREAS, REGINA A. BUCHANAN will retire from the City of San Rafael
after 20 years of dedicated service to the citizens of
San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, during her years of service her overall knowledge of the
work and her relationship with the public have been great
assets to the City; and
WHEREAS, as Secretary and Deputy City Clerk, her expertise in pro-
viding research and assistance with regard to City policies,
procedures and Council actions for both the general public
and her fellow employees has been invaluable; and
Wllt:HEAS, her ability to write minutes of meetings, condensing dis-
cussions while retaining the salient points, is acknowledged
as being of superior quality; and
WHEREAS, her friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness will be truly
missed by all.
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha t the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty
of San Rafael, in grateful acknowledgment of Regina Buchanan's
outstanding record of service to the City of San Rafael, its
employees and residents, expresses sincere appreciation and
best wishes for a very long, happy and healthful retirement.
