CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

TO
JOAN B. CASTRILLON
WHEREAS, JOAN B. CASTRILLON has been employed by the City of San
Rafael since April 20, 1959 and is retiring from City
employment effective December 29, 1983 after 24 years of
distinguished service to the citizens of our community; and
WHEREAS, JOAN B. CASTRILLON has faithfully and steadfastly performed
the duties of several clerical, technical and professional
positions including Acting Planning Director; and
WHEREAS, JOAN B. CASTRILLON'S long-term familiarity with the City of
San Rafael has been an invaluable asset for her colleagues
and associates and the citizens of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of this outstanding public
service provided to the residents of San Rafael, its
business community, and appointed and elected officials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby adopts this resolution in appreciation
and recognition of this outstanding service to the City of
San Rafael and expresses its sincere best wishes for a
happy and healthy retirement.
