A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL
OF A CONTRACT WITH R. L. KAUTZ AND Cm1PANY
FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has contracted with R. L. Kautz
and Company since 1976 to administer its Workers' Compensation claims;
and
WHEREAS, the basic agreement was amended ln January, 1983, to
permit termination of their agreement upon 60 days' notice; and
WHEREAS, R. L. Kautz and Company is requesting that their
remuneration be increased to One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00)
per reported claim for 1984.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The agreement with R. L. Kautz and Company, including the amend-
ment approved January 17, 1983, is renewed through November 30, 1984.
Remuneration is to be One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) per
reported claim.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday ,the fifth day of December, 1983, by the
following vote, to-wit:
AYES COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
