RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
Kerner Boulevard Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Kerner
Boulevard Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California" has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the
boundaries shown on the map as describing the extent of the
territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known
as Kerner Boulevard Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the
California Streets and Highways Code.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City held on the lst day of
November, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Miskimen & Acting Mayor
Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
