A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADOPTING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1982-85 FOR THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council
of the City of San Rafael a "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM" for fiscal
years 1982-85, and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due consider-
ation, the City Council of the City of San Rafael has approved the
same;
WHEREAS, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that the document entitled "City of San Rafael
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1982-85" is hereby adopted and approved
as the program for capital improvements for fiscal years 1982-85.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City of San Rafael , the 15thday of November , 1982, by
the following vote, to wit:
