RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF STREET
RIGHT OF WAY, AUBURN STREET AND ANDERSEN
DRIVE, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
(FROM GORDON AND BELLE JACOPI)
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity
and welfare require that the street right of way hereinafter
mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of
the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that
certain grant deed from GORDON and BELLE JACO-PI, dated November 10,
1982, for and on behalf of the City of San Rafael and the property
described therein, all as more particularly described and set forth
in the attachment hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said deed
to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption
of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 20th day of December, 1982, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE

of Marin , State of California, and bounded and described as follows:
That certain real property situated in the City of San Rafael; County of Marin,
State of California, and being a portion of the property granted by deed from
D.D. Altermatt and Blanche M. Altermatt to Mark S. Scott and Dixie Lge Scott,
said deed filed May 28, 1976 in Map Book 3038,. page 204, Marin County Records,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly point of the above mentioned parcel;•running
thence from said point of beginning South 49002'20" East 100.35' f6et to'the
most southeasterly point of the said deed; thence running South 50 38154 West
25 feet; thence running North 48 17"•East 28.319 f8et; thence running*North
49°02'20" West 74.355 feet; thence running North 8 52'00" West 4.630 feet; to
the point of beginning.
