RESOLUTION CONCERNING FORECLOSURE OF
DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT LIENS
Francisco Boulevard East Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
1. If any installment of the principal or interest of
any assessment levied in Francisco Boulevard East Assessment Dis-
trict becomes delinquent, the City Council shall cause the filing
of an action in the Superior Court of the County of Marin to fore-
close the lien of the delinquent assessment pursuant to the authority
given in Section 8830 and following of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California. This action shall be filed not later
than ninety (90) days following the date of delinquency.
2. This resolution is adopted as an inducement to the
purchase of improvement bonds to be issued in Francisco Boulevard
East Assessment District, and Paragraph 1 hereof shall constitute a
covenant to the bondholders.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 3rd day of May, 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
