RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
Francisco Boulevard East Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
The City of San Rafael has received public bids for
the construction of improvements in Francisco Boulevard East
Assessment District.
The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now
recommends award of the construction contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, THE QUICO CORPORATION, whose bid price is
$470,270.13.
The City Council therefore awards the contract to that
bidder. All other bids are rejected.
The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish a
notice of award of contract.
The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and
the City Clerk to sign the written contract for this
construction when it is presented to them for signature, along
with the surety bonds and insurance certificates required by the
construction specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of June, 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Jensen
