RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE
PROJECT REC FUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS, There is approximately $6,000 of Project REC funds; and
WHEREAS, These funds have been specifically designated for
recreation and park equipment for Pickleweed Park; and
WHEREAS, A condition of acceptance of these funds are that they
are to be placed in an interest bearing trust account until
the time they are to be used.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, gives staff permission to accept Project REC funds and
place them in an interest bearing trust account.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday the 21st of June, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen &
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None Mayor Mulryan
