TO
CECILIA BRIDGES
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council appointed CECILIA BRIDGES to
the Planning Commission in April of 1979; and
WHEREAS, Cec served ably and well on the San Rafael Planning Commis-
sion for more than three ,years; and
WHEREAS, Cec served as Chairman of the Planning Commission in 1982
and reviewed on an active and thorough basis comprehensive
planning and development proposals brought before the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, during her years of service Cec was diligent in her
Commission responsibilities; in addition she was an active
Commissioner consistently voicing constructive comments which,
in turn, provided the basis for sound planning policy; and
WHEREAS, Cec's skills will be missed because of her knowledge of the
City of San Rafael, its neighborhoods and unique environmental
setting.
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council expresses
sincere appreciation and grateful acknowledgement of Cecilia
bridges' selfless service to the City of San Rafael, and wishes
her well in law school endeavors and her future legal career.
