WHEREAS, KAY CRAWFORD served on the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency's
Citizens Advisory Committee for two and one half years as a
concerned resident sand also as the Manager of the San Rafael
Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, KAY CRAWFORD thereby provided a valuable and unique per-
spective to the Committee in representing the business
community; and
WHEREAS, in her capacity as a Citizens Advisory Committee member,
KAY always exemplified the qualities of a careful listener and
provided thoughtful observations on matters before the
Citizens Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, KAY CRAWFORD has resigned from her position as Manager of
the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and has submitted her
letter of resignation from the Redevelopment Agency's Citizens
Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council extends their
sincere appreciation to KAY CRAWFORD for her service on and
her valuable contributions to the Redevelopment Agency and
wishes her well in her future endeavors.
