RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE 1981/82 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the January 4, 1982 storm caused the City
to spend $627,700 for expenditures through June 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, only $607,000 was previously appropriated
to cover storm related costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1981/82 budget
is amended by $21,000 to cover storm related expenditures.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Monday, the 2nd day of August, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner
