RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN DOMINICAN
ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work in Dominican Estates Sub-
division as provided for in that certain Agreement between the
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and F.E.W. INVESTMENTS, as Subdivider, shall be
completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 19th
day of August, 1983.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 16th day of August, 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
