A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY TO STARFLEET LIMOUSINE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Starfleet Limousine Service submitted
applications for limousine service pursuant to the requirements
of San Rafael Municipal Code Chapter 10.60, Vehicles for Hire; and
WHEREAS, City staff reviewed all documents submitted
therein; and
WHEREAS, after conducting a hearing regarding said appli-
cation on August 16, 1982, the San Rafael City Council, pursuant to
the provisions of San Rafael Municipal Code Section 10.60.030, voted
to issue a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to Starfleet
Limousine Service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity be issued to
Starfleet Limousine Service to conduct a limousine service from the
City of San Rafael.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 7th day of September , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen &
Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNC ILMEMBERS: None
