CHARLES J. HENDRICKSON
AS
1982 CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY MAN OF THE YEAR
WHEREAS, CHARLES J. HENDRICKSON, a native of Baltimore, Maryland,
began his career in the construction industry as manager
of the J. D. O'Conner Construction Company of Marin, and
continued for several years in the general contracting
business before purchasing North Bay Electric Works,
Inc. in San Rafael. He now actively manages Hendrickson
Development, Inc; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES J. HENDRICKSON, a current member and Secretary
of the Executive Committee of Marin Property Owners
Association and a director of the Marin Builders, was
president of the Marin Builders Association and served
on the San Rafael Planning Commission for eight years;
and
WHEREAS, CHARLES J. HENDRICKSON has also served as a member of
the 1979-1980 Marin County Grand Jury; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES HENDRICKSON is an active member of the Sausalito
Cruising Club for sailboats and the Farallon Patrol of
the San Francisco Oceanic Society.
NOW, THEREFORE, we take great pleasure in congratulating CHARLES J.
HENDRICKSON as the 1982 Construction Industry Man of
the Year and the recipient of the Lou Della Valle
Memorial Award.
