A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE RECREATION REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, Recreation Revolving Fund has accumulated a deficit
of $142,861.00 as of June 30 , 1982,
WHEREAS, funds were available in the General Fund to offset
current deficit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer $142,861.00 from the General Fund to the Recrea-
tion Revolving Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday the fourth
