A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ORDERING VACATION OF MANZANITA
LANE, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
on the 16th day of November, 1981, passed and adopted Resolution
No. 6211, entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER VACATION OF
PUBLIC STREET, (MANZANITA LANE)," and
WHEREAS, notice was published and posted as required by
law, and
WHEREAS,a hearing was had this day as required by law,
and said Resolution No. 6211, at which hearing the Council of the
City of San Rafael heard evidence offered by all persons interested
in or objecting to the vacation hereinafter ordered, and
WHEREAS, it appears from the evidence offered and from all
of the evidence submitted, and the said Council finds, that the street
herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective public
street purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that
MANZANITA LANE, between North San Pedro Road and San Pablo Avenue,
located in the City of San Rafael, California, hereinafter more
particularly described, is unnecessary for present or prospective
public street purposes and is hereby vacated.
The public street proposed to be vacated is located in the
City of San Rafael, State of California, designated as MANZANITA
LANE, and is more particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Manzanita Lane which is shown upon
the filed Map of Subdivision A of Golf Links Tract filed
for record in Volume 2 of Maps, at Page 107, which lies
within the boundaries of that certain real property
described in the Deeds recorded December 30, 1969 in
Book 2347 of Official Records, at Page 555, and recorded
March 21, 1979 in Book 3517 of Official Records, at
Page 634, Marin County Records.

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 1'a:h day of January, 1982, by the following vote,
