RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF ADDI-
TIONAL STREET RIGHT OF WAY, SAN PABLO
AVENUE, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the additional street right of way hereinafter
mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the
City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain grant
deed from PACIFIC COAST HOLDINGS, INC. and PACIFIC COAST HOLDINGS
MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, dated December 30, 1981, for and on behalf
of the City of San Rafael and the property described therein, all
as more particularly described and set forth in the attachment
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said
City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of
California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the lst day of February, 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of San Pablo Avenue, as shown on the
"Map of Subdivision 'A', Golf Links Tract", filed for record in Volume 2 of Maps, at
page 107, Marin County Records, said point being the most Easterly corner of that parcel
conveyed by Deed to Marin Civic Center, a limited partnership, in Book 2278 of Official
Records, at page 547, Marin County Records; thence along the Northwesterly line of said
San Pablo Avenue, South 24e 56' 54" West 260.00 feet to the point of termination.
