A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE FIRE DEPARTMENT
STAFF VEHICLE UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT
FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for one used car to be used as a fire department
staff vehicle; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That the Hertz Corporation of Millbrae be designated as low
bidder for one 1981 Buick Century in the amount of $6,678.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on the sixteenth day of February ,
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Breiner, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: Frugoli & Jensen
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER: None
