RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELEC-
TRIC COMPANY RELATIVE TO CERTAIN STREET
LIGHTING APPURTENANCES - FRANCISCO BOULEVARD
WEST EXTENSION PROJECT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY
RESOLVES as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a Deed of Conveyance with
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY for ownership and maintenance
of certain street lighting appurtenances installed in conjunction
with the Francisco Boulevard West Extension Project. A copy of
said deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on the lst day of March, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation, Pacific, its successors and assigns, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, those certain
underground St. Ligy]t distribution facilities now installed on or adjacent to Grantor's premises in
the City of San Rafael County of Marin , State of California,
together with all necessary rights of way and easements therefor, in the locations shown and delineated
upon the sketch attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof and particularly described thereon.
Grantor agrees to execute such other documents as Pacific may require to enable it to record the rights
of way and easements above granted.
