RESOLUTION NO. 6268 \ "
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
WILLIAM T. BULLARD, JR.
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. BULLARD, JR. has, since November
1977, performed his duties as Assistant City
Attorney for the City of San Rafael in an
exemplary manner; and
WHEREAS, On numerous occasions he has represented the
City of San Rafael in court proceedings with
integrity, determination and a thorough
knowledge of the law; and
WHLREAS, By his astute perception and understanding in
the field of Municipal Law he has rendered
numerous and valid in-depth opinions on matters
concerning the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, In his capacity as Assistant City Attorney,
he has consistently discharged his duties in
a courteous, conscientious manner in his
dealings with City staff and the general
public; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. BULLARD, JR., is now venturing into
private practice of law, the field in which he
is eminently capable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael extends sincere thanks and
appreciation for his many contributions to the
City, and wishes him success and happiness in
all future endeavors.
