RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF ALL MATTERS
Francisco Boulevard East Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
The public hearing on the Engineer's Report and the
Resolution of Intention, as amended, is hereby continued from
the 5th day of April, 1982, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. to the
3rd day of May, 1982, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. and consideration
of all matters in connection with Francisco Boulevard East Assess-
ment District is continued to that date.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 5th day of April, 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
