A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
THREE LIGHT UTILITY PICKUP TRUCKS
UTILIZING"- EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for three light utility pickup trucks; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
ACTION:
That S&C Ford of San Francisco, California be designated
as low bidder for three light utility pickup trucks in the amount
of $20,487.87.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED that a purchase order be
issued to S&C Ford for said pieces of equipment.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the fifth day of April , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
