RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE CITATION TELEPHONE
SYSTEM AND THE USE OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SPECIFIC
DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City
staff to solicit bids for a new telephone system; and
WHEREAS, the City's telephone consultant has analyzed
the six telephone bids that were received by the City; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Citation Tele-
phone System is a reliable low-cost telephone system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council authorize the acquisition of the Citation Telephone
System as proposed by Compath.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Coopers & Lybrand is author-
ized to design and supervise the installation of the telephone
system, at a cost of $6,000.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the nineteenth day of April , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
