A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A BREATHING APPARATUS
COMPRESSOR FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for a Breathing Apparatus Compressor; and
and
Staff;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited;
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken;
RESCUE SAFETY PRODUCTS of Hayward, California, be designated
as the successful bidder meeting all conditions of the specifications
bid in the amount of $15,000.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday , the fifth day of
January 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
