A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5930
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
MANAGEMENT AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that
Sections 1B and 1C of Resolution No. 5930 be amended by creating the
following position salary:

Title Minimum Maximum
Add Assistant City Manager/Community Development $3,500
C.
Title Minimum Maximum
Add Assistant City Manager ommunity Development $3,710
Section 2.
The position of Assistant City Manager/Community Develop-
ment shall receive an auto allowance of $250/month
effective December 1, 1980.
This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption
and the compensation herein provided shall be in full force and effect
as of and from December 1, 1980.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday, the
fifth day of January , 1981, by the following
vote, to -wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Jensen
