RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY FOR PARK/OPEN SPACE PURPOSES,
BALDWIN COURT SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity
and welfare require that the real property hereinafter mentioned
be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of
San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain
deed from Bruno Venne, Inc., dated May 8, 1979, for and on behalf
of the City of San Rafael and the real property described therein,
all as more particularly described and set forth in the attachment
hereto and incoporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said
City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of
California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 19th day of January, 1981, by
the following vote, to wit:

Page 78 , Marin County Records, for the limited purpose of
a park or open space. No development will be allowed on this
land other than a fire road, walkways, and underground utility
lines, which lines must be within the easements now in existence.
If this land is used in any other manner by the City of San Rafael,
or if it is sold, given away, leased or otherwise disposed of by
the City of San Rafael, the fee title absolute thereof shall revert
to Bruno Venne, Inc., its successors and assigns.
