A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO VEHICLES
FOR THE LIBRARY UTILIZING GRANT FUNDS FROM
THE SAN FRANCISCO FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for two vehicles for the Library outreach program;
and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following actions be taken:
1. That Campbell Bishop Chevrolet of Corte Madera be
designated as low bidder for two Chevette Scooters in the amount of
$10,265.00.
2. That a purchase order be issued to Campbell Bishop
Chevrolet for said vehicles.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday, the 2nd day of February, 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
