A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EIGHT POLICE
PATROL VEHICLES UTILIZING EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for eight police patrol vehicles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following actions be taken:
1. That Steve Snyder Chevrolet of San Rafael be designated
as low bidder for eight police patrol vehicles in the amount of
$71,633.92.
2. That a purchase order be issued to Steve Snyder
Chevrolet for said vehicles.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday , the 2nd day of February , 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
