A. WENDELL REILLY
WHEREAS, A. Wendell Reilly is a retired actuary of the highest
caliber.; and
WHEREAS, A. Wendell Reilly has volunteered his time and expertise
in a most affable and gracious manner_ to the San Rafael
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, A. Wendell Reilly has donated hundreds of hours of time
over the last five years to the San Rafael Police Department
in the area of statistical analysis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, by adoption of this resolution, commends
Mr. A. Wendell Reilly for his record of voluntary service
to the City of San Rafael.
