RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING REPAYMENT
CONTRACT WITH THE SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY FOR THE SAN RAFAEL COMMUNITY
CENTER DEMONSTRATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael entered into a Repayment Contract
for Demonstration Projects with the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency on
November 15th, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency under the terms of
the Repayment Contract agreed to reimburse the City of San Rafael for
costs and expenses for demonstration projects; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the Repayment Contract required the San
Rafael Redevelopment Agency to reimburse the City for costs and expenses
for these projects for a five-year period for each project commencing
with the date that each project was open for public use; and
WHEREAS, the City in 1979 extended the Repayment Contract for
Beach Park and Pickleweed Park; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency and the City now
desire to extend the Repayment Contract for the San Rafael Community
Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of San Rafael that
the Repayment Contract with the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency for
reimbursement of costs and expenses for the San Rafael Community Center
Demonstration Project be extended to June 30, 1982.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
