RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AGAIN EXTENDING TIME FOR THE
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN PIOMBO
INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work in the Piombo Industrial
Subdivision as provided for in that certain Agreement between the
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and PIOMBO BROTHERS, as Subdivider, shall be
completed, be and it is hereby again extended to and including
the 31st day of July, 1981.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at an adjourned regular
meeting of the Council of said City held on the 23rd day of March,
1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Nixon
