RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SUPPORTING THE MARIN ARTS COUNCIL
WBEI.3EAS, the Marin Arts Council has been approved by the Marin County
Board of Supervisors and the California Arts Council as the designated planning
agency in Marin for State/Local Partnership Programs; and,
WHEREAS, the Marin Arts Council seeks approval from the City of San Rafael
to support their organization.
NOW, THERKEDRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael supports the Marin Arts Council as the designated planning agency in
Marin for the State/Local Partnership Programs.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at an adjourned
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday the twenty-third
day of March, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILVOMERS: Breiner, Miskimen and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCII 0M3ERS : None
