CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
JAMES H. MAYER
WHEREAS, JAMES H. MAYER has served as a member of
the San Rafael Board of Library Trustees
for the last twelve years; and
WHEREAS, JAMES H. MAYER has been a distinguished member
of this Board, often serving as its spokesman
during the library budget hearings; and
WHEREAS, JAMES H. MPYFR during this time has served
two terms as Board Chairman, providing a
much valued perspective for the Library
directors on the problems facing the library.
NOW, THF.RFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
accepts with regret and reluctance the
resignation of JAMES H. MAYER from the
Board of Library Trustees and expresses
its appreciation for his exemplary twelve
years of community service.
