RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6142 BY DELETING
SECTION "A" WHICH PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHARTER OF
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL REGARDING OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section A of City of San Rafael Resolution No. 6142, which
proposed an amendment to the Charter of the City of San Rafael by
amending Sections I and II of Article VI, to make the office of
City Attorney appointive rather than elective, is hereby deleted.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of San Rafael,
held on Monday, the third day of August, 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen & Acting Mayor Nixon
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
