A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING A SPECIFIC FEE FOR
PROCESSING CERTIFICATES OF COMPATIBILITY
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael currently charges fees
for the processing of planning applications; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is recommending
establishment of a new application for processing requests to
place manufactured housing in areas zoned for single family
dwellings; and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Compatibility is proposed to
be processed by the Zoning Administrator and $90 is the present
fee for most Zoning Administrator applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Com-
mission does hereby recommend establishment of a $90 fee for new
Certificates of Compatibility and a $40 fee for amendments to a
Certificate of Compatibility.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday , the 17th day of August , 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
