RESOLUTION CANCELLING ENFORCMENT RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE MOBILE HOME PARKS ACT AND RELATED CALIFORNIA
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE REQUIREMENTS IN THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael, pursuant to City Council
Resolution No. 4000, adopted on February 1, 1971, assumed responsi-
bility for the enforcement of the State of California Mobile Home
Parks Act, and related regulations; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to return said responsibility to
the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of San Rafael that City Council Resolution No. 4000 adopted on
February 1, 1971 is hereby rescinded as of May 4, 1981, that the
State of California will assume enforcement of the State's Mobile
Home Parks Act in the City of San Rafael within thirty days after
notification of this action.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the 4th day of May, 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
