RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
Smith Ranch Assessment District No. 1
Additional Street Lighting
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the Mayor of the City is authorized to
sign, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest, that certain
agreement between the City of San Rafael and Pacific Gas & Electric
Company in connection with Smith Ranch Assessment District No. 1, which
said agreement is attached hereto.

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on the 8th day of September, 1981, by the following vote,
to wit:
