A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
LOANING $456,000 TO THE SAN RAFAEL
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council
a proposed administrative budget for redevelopment activities
from July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency desires
to borrow funds necessary to pay for said administrative costs:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California:
THAT the sum of up to $456,000 is hereby transferred
from the unappropriated Open Space reserve for fiscal year
1981-82 and reappropriated to the San Rafael Redevelopment
Agency Administrative Fund as a loan to be paid back to the Open
Space Fund at 4.9% interest solely from the revenues of said
Agency on or before July 1, 1982.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City on Monday , the 21st day of September
1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
