A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
THREE CAB & CHASSIS AND THREE DUMP
BODIES FOR THE PARKS DIVISI0r:
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT
FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to
solicit bids for various parks department vehicles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following actions be taken:
1. ISI Inc. of San Rafael be designated as low bidder for one
cab and chassis, to be used as the Parks Divisiop ` chipper truck, in
the amount of $13,654.99.
2. Steve Zappetini & Sons of San Rafael be designated as low
bidder for one dump unit for the Parks Division chipper truck in the
amount of $5,138.00.
3. Campbell Bishop Chevrolet of Corte Madera be designated as
low bidder for two cab and chassis in the amount of $21,088.68.
4. Dailey Body Company of Oakland be designated low bidder for
two yard master dump units in the amount of $5,533.20.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
the 7th day of December 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
