RESOLUTION AWARDING WORKERS' COMPENSATION
INSURANCE FOR 1982
WHEREAS, the City's current excess Workers' Compensation
insurance expires on December 7, 1981; and
WHEREAS, a low bid of 24.1¢ per $100 payroll was sub-
mitted for renewal of our insurance coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of San Rafael awards the excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance to Old Republic Insurance Company.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 7th day of December, 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
